Flush out some of the water every two weeks
Aeration of a standing water tank with a Koenders Electric Aerator system eliminates hydrogen sulfide from the water -- hydrogen sulfide grabs onto the oxygen and it's vented out the top of the tank. Every two (2) weeks or so, water ought to be released from the bottom of the tank to flush out iron oxide and other metals that fall to the bottom of the standing water tanks. Aeration is a simple and effective way to improve well water quality.
