This is what the windmill air compressor looks like --
without a tower. The Windmill Blade Assembly goes where the pulley is in the photo. The Tail Arms and Tail Fin attach also to this windmill air compressor The Black Pivot Tube (not shown) slides through the holes on the back of the

This photo shows how the Windmill Air Compressor sits on top of the blue tower
top. The black cylinder is called the Pivot Tube and it slides into the
blue tower top.
A Thrust Bearing can
be placed directly under the steel Windmill assembly on the top a the tower.
A Thrust Bearing reduces friction as the Windmill Assembly turns on top
of the tower.

The Tower heights come in 4 ft extensions that attach
to one another: -- Tower Section Two: 4 ft = 8 ft
-- Tower Section Three: 4 ft = 12 ft
-- Tower Section Four: 4 ft = 16 ft
-- Tower Section Five: 4 ft = 20 ft
The Koenders Windmill Compressor just slides into a blue mounting structure | Blue Tower Top.
The Blue Tower Top is held in place by the top four foot (4 ft) tower
section.
So, the tower extensions are all are part of the system.
You'd be able to use just the Windmill Compressor Unit alone, with
Blue Tower Top,
if you could properly mount it somehow. But, it works fine the way
it is.
