Policy

WARRANTY ON AERATION PRODUCTS

1 year manufacturer's warranty on every part.

If a part fails within its warranty coverage period, a replacement part will be sent on a no cost basis. The failed part must be returned to Koenders. The customer must pay this return shipping. Koenders will pay the return shipping to the customer.

Warranty coverage only applies to parts that are defective in workmanship.

Warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear on parts.

Warranty does not cover damage to the electric aerator by its being submerged in water or water damage by allowing water to enter the aerator case.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by the mishandling or accidental dropping of the shipment by the buyer or any other party involved.

WINDMILLS –

The warranty also does not cover damages caused by improper assembly and/or improper anchoring of the windmill.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper assembly and solid anchoring of the windmill.

The warranty also does not cover damages resulting from the acts of nature (HIGH WINDS, LIGHTNING, TORNADOS, HAIL, ICESTORMS, THUNDERSTORMS, SNOWSTORMS, EARTHQUAKES, HURRICANES, FIRES, FLOODS, AND ECT ), nor the effects from the acts of nature. For example: lightning striking a tree and the tree falling upon the windmill.

Warranty does not cover damages resulting from theft or attempted theft. Warranty also doesn't cover damages resulting from vandalism.

Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper preventive maintenance.

The seller reserves the right to inspect replacement parts claims.

RETURN POLICY ON AERATION PRODUCTS

A FULL THIRTY (30) DAY MONEY BACK ON ALL UNOPEN, UNDAMAGED MERCHANDISE. THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD BEGINS ON THE DAY THE BUYER TAKES POSSESSION OF THE MERCHANDISE.

NO RETURNS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR COPY OF PROOF OF PURCHASE.

A FULL REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF THE RETURN SHIPMENT IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ON ROUTE. IF ANY OR ALL OF THE SHIPMENT IS FOUND MISSING,LOST,STOLEN OR DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT, THE FULL SELLING PRICE FOR EACH OR ALL PARTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURNING FREIGHT CHARGES AND INSURANCE. ALL FREIGHT CHARGES AND INSURANCE ON PARTS OR MERCHANDISE BEING RETURN MUST BE PREPAID.THE PREPAID FREIGHT CHARGES AND INSURANCE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.

PRIOR TO RETURNING MERCHANDISE, THE BUYER MUST CALL OR E-MAIL THE COMPANY FOR RETURNING INSTRUCTIONS.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

We do not collect nor will ever give out the vistor's e-mail address to other parties. Neither do we sell the visitor's address to other parties.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
